1. Introduction

Welcome to fixqueue, a ticketing tool for tracking repair requests in small buildings. These Terms of Service outline the rules and policies for use of fixqueue services, digital content, and physical products.

2. Services

2.1 Service Scope

fixqueue provides online ticket management subscriptions and optional on-site support services. Users can submit repair requests and monitor progress through our interface.

2.2 Service Scheduling and Changes

Scheduled support sessions may be rescheduled once at least 48 hours before the session date. Changes are subject to availability.

2.3 Service Reimbursement Policy

If a support session is canceled by fixqueue, users will receive a reimbursement to their original payment channel within 10 business days. Users requesting a session change in accordance with section 2.2 are eligible for a scheduling adjustment without additional charge.

Certain custom configuration services are rendered immediately upon confirmation and therefore are not eligible for reimbursement due to resource allocation and staff preparation.

3. Digital Content

3.1 Digital Materials

fixqueue may offer guides, templates, and tutorials available for instant download after purchase.

3.2 Digital Content Reimbursement Policy

Once a digital file is accessed or downloaded, it is not eligible for reimbursement. This measure safeguards intellectual property and ensures content integrity.

4. Physical Products

4.1 Product Terms

Physical items such as branded accessories are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary.

4.2 Product Reimbursement Policy

To request a product reimbursement, contact our support team within 14 days of delivery via contact our support form. Upon approval, we will arrange for the item to be shipped back and issue a reimbursement to the original payment channel within 15 business days of receipt of the shipped item.

Customers are responsible for shipping charges unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
